Process
4 stages, executed on the airframe.

- 01
Walk-the-gear
Note hydraulic seepage, missing placards, corrosion start, or wear and flag it to the operator before chemistry hits the bay.
- 02
Mask sensors and connectors
Position sensors, lube fittings, brake assemblies, and electrical connectors covered. Aviation-safe cleaner only goes where it belongs.
- 03
Cosmetic degrease
Aviation-safe cleaner removes dirt, ramp grime, and brake dust. No solvents that affect rubber or hydraulic seals.
- 04
Wipe-down and dressing
Gear and oleo struts wiped to factory presentation. Wheel rims hand-cleaned, bay liners cleared of buildup.

Aviation-grade only.

Aviation-safe, hydraulic-fluid compatible — no chlorinated solvents.
Strut dressing
Silicone-free, hydraulic-friendly.
Protection
3M masking, plug sets for sensors and connectors.
