Clientele

Who we work with.

The people who own, operate, sell, and maintain executive aircraft. Eight segments, each with their own rhythm and pressure points — and each with a service cadence built around them.

  • Private Owners

Owner-operated and owner-flown aircraft where the cabin is treated as personal space and the aircraft as personal property. Standing care plans are common — quarterly exterior, monthly interior reset.

  • Aircraft Brokers

Pre-sale conditioning, walk-around prep, and photo prep. We work to broker timelines and quote against the resale uplift, not the labor hours.

  • Management Companies

Standardized fleet care across multiple airframes and tail numbers. We hold standing slots and report condition in writing after each visit.

  • Charter Operators

Turnaround between trips, sanitization protocols, and documented kill claims for operators with formal cleanliness standards. Available 24/7 for fleet operators with active charter pipelines.

  • Flight Departments

Corporate flight departments where the aircraft represents the company at every arrival. Same-day response in the San Fernando Valley, scheduled rotations elsewhere.

  • FBOs

Tenant aircraft care contracted through the FBO. Coordinated with line crew and hangar staff so the work fits the FBO's standing operational rhythm.

  • MROs

Pre-delivery detailing after maintenance events, paint shops, or interior refurb. We arrive when the aircraft comes off the bench, finish before the customer walks in.

  • Insurance Adjusters

Damage assessment and pre-claim documentation for paint and interior conditions. We photograph, document, and quote restoration alongside replacement.
